2-3 times per day, phone locks and requires battery removal for restart -- don't rely on the alarm!!! 5-6 times per day, phones has a, "oops, system error" in which the phone automatically resets after 2-3 minutes. About every 2-3 days, the battery drains completely overnight from a full charge. If it works, it would be a cool phone. But, all of the four that we purchased work. All have the latest updates.

By far best phone I have ever had. Good HTC Sense UI, it really feels like a smartphone even without the data plan. Fast, multiple home screens is nice. Good HTC phone, love how it doesn't require a data plan. Good feature phone. Never breaks down or turns off by itself, had this phone for sometime now.

This is without a doubt the worst phone i have ever owned. If you have too many texts in your Inbox, it lags really bad. It will also freeze all the time, and when this happens the only thing you can do is take the battery out and wait for it to turn on again. I hate this phone with a passion!

Got this phone for free for responding to an AT&T letter telling me that my old Sony 518 flip phone will no longer work well with system upgrade. Straight swap with no other costs. Has FM radio and regular headphone jack. Headset with mike from iPhone works great. Accepts up to 32gig micro SD cards. I had them block all data reception and kept my old 39 dollar 450 minute plan. This is a great "poor man's iPhone" for old timers that just want to talk on a phone and listen to FM radio, music, and audiobooks...and think that paying over 300 dollars per year for a data plan is a rip off !! Now, if I can just get the GPS to work without paying for AT&T Navigator...if anybody figures that one out please email me.
