Would not recommend (personally). I really didn't like this phone, but I would understand if you were to buy this and it being your "first phone" because it is really easy to use.

I have owned numerous cell phones, and this is the absolute worst thing in general that I have ever owned! The touch screen part freezes all the time, at other times it takes on a mind of its own. And battery life? Snicker. This thing dies randomly in the middle of phone conversations. When I plug it in, it refuses to take a charge, it won't even turn on half the time. I have had more personal problems in my life due to this unreliable phone than ever before. Also annoying is the fact that it takes minutes to send and receive a text message when you first turn the phone on, if you are lucky enough to get it to turn on. Also, the storage capacity for text messages is *tiny*. I find myself missing and or getting delayed messages numerous times throughout the course of a normal text conversation. I despise at&t for sending me this refurbished thing in place of my old phone, which I actually liked.

Well, I just got this phone from being a Verizon customer for five years... and I have to say, it's okay. I'm used to the Verizon settings, so getting used to setting up this phone to make it personal was annoying, but I finally got the hang of it after playing with it for a day. PROS: QWERTY keyboard, touch screen is decent for a non-smartphone, call quality, sound, camera quality CONS: Can't personalize this phone as much as I would have liked, no group texting, slippery when trying to open the full keypad (I almost dropped it like 12 time) OVERALL: It's a nice phone for those who text a lot (me) and who call a decent amount of people (also me). I really don't know how good or bad the battery life is yet, but so far it's been holding up just fine. But this phone does require patience and time to get used to. But it's still decent.

It's A Good Phone. It Just Doesn't Have A Long Battery Life!
