Very good phone, has everything I'm looking for. My only complaint would be battery life, but that seems to be the deal with all touchscreen's these days.

Good phone for the most part. I recently upgraded from my Storm9530, so I'm use to the functionality of the phone. So far I've had it for 1 month and it has locked up on me once which was a severe issue I had with my last Storm.

This has to have been the WORST phone I have ever had, as long as I can remember! Not only does this phone freeze frequently, but the web browser stinks. Battery life on the standard OEM battery will barely last you a full day on standby with a strong signal. Forget trying to use this phone reliably. Battery pulls are frequently required when the phone freezes. After performing a battery pull, be prepared to spend 10 minutes waiting for your phone to reboot... Save yourself the effort and look to the Android platform. Verizon just swapped my phones to the Droid X and I couldn't be happier!

This phone is so crazy,it freeze up have to take the battery out then take 10 minutes to power it up.
