It's an okay phone. My BIGGEST TURN OFF: when you play music from your phone into headphones, it is so low. you can barely hear the music (and this is even when change the headphones)

I really do not like my phone. I don't know how I can change it to a phone I like. It keeps messing up on me. It will not recieve messages good and I would really love to exchange it. Could someone email and tell me how I can get it exchanged thank you.

I upgraded to this phone and to T-Mobile's service from a MetroPCS-bought Samsung SCH-R450 (the Messager). So far, I'm very pleased. The interface is easy to navigate, very intuitive, and even if I forget where an application is, I can activate the voice command system and just start it up that way. The call quality is simply amazing. Whether through the included stereo headset, the handset's ear-speaker, or the loudspeaker on the back, I have no trouble hearing calls as clear as day. And the volume on the speakerphone is amazing, easily matching if not exceeding most landline phones. The battery life is phenomenal, and I've sometimes forgotten to charge it for a couple days because it was still nearly fully charged at the end of the night. All in all, an excellent phone for casual or for business use.

It is a very good phone. Sometime soon I would want to change my phone plan. But it is one of the best phone I have had.
